로또 추첨기 앱(이하 "앱")은 회원가입이나 로그인 없이 사용하며, 이름·연락처 등 이용자를 직접 식별하는 개인정보를 요구하지 않습니다. 앱이 기능 제공을 위해 다루는 정보와 목적은 아래와 같습니다.

1. 앱이 처리하는 정보

2. 광고 및 광고 식별자

앱은 무료 제공을 위해 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다. AdMob은 광고 제공·측정을 위해 광고 식별자와 기기 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 이는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

iOS: 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 안내에서 "허용"을 선택한 경우에만 IDFA가 맞춤 광고에 사용됩니다. 거부해도 모든 기능을 이용할 수 있으며 비맞춤 광고가 표시됩니다. 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.
Android: 기기 설정 > Google > 광고에서 광고 맞춤설정을 해제하거나 광고 ID를 재설정할 수 있습니다.
EEA·영국·스위스: 앱 최초 실행 시 동의 화면이 표시되며, 앱 설정 > 광고 개인정보 설정에서 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다.

3. 알림

토요일 결과 확인 알림과 리마인더 알림은 이용자가 앱에서 직접 켠 경우에만 예약되며, 앱 설정 또는 기기 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. 알림은 기기 안에서 예약되는 로컬 알림이며 푸시 서버나 토큰을 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 위치 정보와 카메라

위치는 당첨 판매점 화면에서 "내 주변" 기능을 쓸 때 앱 사용 중에만 읽습니다. 위치 이력을 저장하지 않으며, 주변 판매점 조회 요청에 현재 좌표만 전달합니다. 카메라는 QR 스캔 화면에서만 사용하고 영상이나 사진을 저장하지 않습니다. 두 권한을 거부해도 나머지 기능은 모두 이용할 수 있습니다.

5. 회차 정보 출처와 서버 통신

당첨 번호·판매점·통계는 공개된 추첨 결과 데이터를 정리해 자체 서버를 통해 제공합니다. 조회 요청에는 개인 식별 정보가 포함되지 않습니다. 앱은 복권을 판매하거나 구매를 중개하지 않으며 동행복권의 공식 앱이 아닙니다. 정확한 내용은 공식 발표를 확인해 주세요.

7. 정보의 보관 및 파기

앱은 이용자 계정을 만들지 않으므로 서버에 이용자별 데이터를 보관하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 번호·기록·설정은 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

9. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 알림·위치·카메라·추적 권한을 기기 설정에서 언제든 변경할 수 있고, 앱 안의 기록은 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 문의는 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요.

Lotto Draw (the "App") requires no account or sign-in and does not ask for personal information such as your name or contact details. The information the App handles to provide its features is described below.

1. Information the App processes

2. Advertising

The App shows Google AdMob ads so it can be offered for free. AdMob may process advertising identifiers and device information under the Google Privacy Policy. On iOS, the IDFA is used for personalized ads only if you choose "Allow" in the App Tracking Transparency prompt; declining keeps every feature available with non-personalized ads. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland a consent screen appears on first launch and can be changed later in Settings > Ad privacy options.

3. Notifications

Saturday result reminders and daily reminders are scheduled only if you turn them on in the App, and can be turned off at any time. They are local notifications scheduled on your device; no push server or token is used.

4. Location and camera

Location is read only while the App is in use and only for the "Near me" retailer search. No location history is kept. The camera is used only on the QR scanner screen. All other features work if you deny these permissions.

5. Data sources and server communication

Winning numbers, retailer lists, and statistics come from publicly published draw results served through our own server. Requests contain no personal identifiers. The App does not sell lottery tickets or link to ticket purchases and is not affiliated with the official lottery operator.

6. Third-party services

Google AdMob (advertising); Apple Maps or Google Maps (opened as external apps for directions).

7. Retention, children, your rights

No per-user data is kept on a server; on-device data is removed when you delete the App. The App is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data. You can change notification, location, camera, and tracking permissions in your device settings at any time.
